Process
From first video to funded deal.
Five steps, starting with 30 minutes of free education, ending with funds in your account. Each step exists for a reason, and the order isn't arbitrary.
Learn
Watch the 30-minute, 16-video series. Mandatory, free, and the entry point to the platform. Nothing else is accessible until the videos are complete; this is intentional. No fees are paid until the application is filed.
Qualify
Short eligibility questionnaire. Confirms whether you and your business fit the CSBFP criteria. No payment, minimal document upload.
Upload
In privacy, securely submit personal and financial data through our AI-generated cryptographic platform. No one sees your data.
Get Rated
Capital Toolkit evaluates your file and issues a robust consulting report measuring the likelihood of success. You'll know how to improve your application before filing.
Apply and Fund
Once your score reaches application-ready quality, you file the application. The whole process takes about five focused hours depending on your data availability. You're notified when lenders respond with their interest.
Why the order matters.
Education comes first for a reason.
The single most common cause of failed CSBFP applications isn't weak business fundamentals; it's applicants who start the process without understanding what a lender actually needs. Thirty minutes of video up front saves weeks of confusion downstream, and it tells some visitors, honestly, that CSBFP isn't the right tool for their situation. That decision is worth making before paperwork, not after.
Qualification before payment.
The eligibility check sits before any paid step. If your business doesn't fit the program, you find out in a few minutes, before you've paid a dollar or assembled a single document. For most visitors who don't qualify, the qualification step is where the journey ends, with no cost and no wasted time.
The report card is honest, not promotional.
Once your documents are uploaded, the platform evaluates the strength and completeness of your file and recommends a service tier. If DIY is right for your file, DIY is what we recommend, and we'll say so plainly. The report card is written and documented, so the reasoning behind the recommendation is transparent, not a sales pitch.
The final application step is short, because the prep is done.
Most people spend weeks on a CSBFP application because they gather documents, draft narratives, and chase clarifications in parallel. By the time you reach step five here, the gathering is over and the questions are answered. What remains is 3 to 5 focused hours of completing the actual submission.
If CSBFP isn't the right fit, the platform doesn't end there.
The CSBFP caps at $1,150,000 in total exposure and is built for a specific shape of capital need. When the qualification step says “the program doesn't fit” — too large, wrong instrument, ineligible industry, or a use of proceeds the program doesn't cover — the next step is the Alternative Funding Options module. AFO covers conventional senior debt, asset-based lending, equipment finance, mezzanine, private credit, and non-debt placements (government grants, refundable tax credits, revenue-based financing, royalty, strategic equity). The two-question screener narrows the catalog in seconds.
