About

Why Capital Toolkit exists?

Capital Toolkit democratizes enterprise-grade financial analysis for businesses of every size. What cost hundreds of thousands in advisory fees and executive salaries now scales frictionlessly. We've inverted the equation: CPA judgment is the product, code is the delivery mechanism.

What sets us apart: real-time data discovery. You don't wait six months for an audit or valuation. It happens now.

The platform assembles evidenced, audit-grade inputs across twelve integrated modules, from Books through Valuation and beyond. Business owners run institutional-grade analyses in hours. CPAs and Financial Advisors scale advisory capacity across dozens of engagements simultaneously. Finance entrepreneurs build entire practices around embedded intelligence, reaching clients across regions and borders.

This isn't incremental. The ability to compete, analyze, and advise at institutional scale removes geographic and capital constraints. A solo CPA and Financial Advisor in rural communities now serves clients across the Country and beyond. A founder manages growth through data, not guessing. A professional firm transforms from compliance shop to strategic partner, multiplying revenue and impact in orders of magnitude.

Capital Toolkit breaks cost and skill barriers for small to medium business while delivering immediacy for companies operating at the speed of business, enabling geographic and category expansion. Financial strategy scales. Your business scales with it.

What we cover

One platform, several modules. You can engage just the one you need; many clients use two or three over the life of a single project (e.g., clean up the books, build the projection, raise the capital).

Who runs it

Capital Toolkit is operated by YBAWS! Inc., a Canadian corporation founded by a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who has worked with owner-operated businesses for most of his career. The firm's focus is plain-English advisory work: lending, structuring, accounting, valuation, and the parts of small-business finance owners are usually expected to figure out on their own.

We are a small team by design. Every file is touched by a CPA. We do not white-label our work to junior staff, and we do not outsource the analysis. The cost is the time we spend with you, published up-front, not negotiated after the fact.

Why a CPA-led platform

Most small-business finance tools assume an in-house finance team. Most small businesses don't have one. The work gets pushed to the owner, who isn't a CPA, or to the year-end accountant, who isn't set up to do real-time advisory at small-business pricing.

Capital Toolkit is built the other way around. The CPA is on the file. The platform does the arithmetic, the formatting, the reconciliation, and the audit trail. That ratio, CPA judgement scaled by purpose-built software, is what lets us deliver full-service work at flat, published prices instead of partner-rate billable hours.

It also means the modules are designed to feed each other. The books module becomes the input to the financial-statement module, which feeds the FP&A driver model, which feeds the projections in any capital raise. No re-keying. No Excel files emailed back and forth. One ledger, many surfaces.

How we work

Start with the education. For CSBFP, before you fill in a single field, you can watch the same overview we'd walk a client through in a first meeting. About thirty minutes, free, no sign-up required. For the other modules, each landing page explains what's involved and what it costs before you commit.

Decide, with your numbers in front of you. If CSBFP is a fit, our pricing is on the homepage. If it isn't, the screener at Alternative Funding Options points you at the next structure to consider. Either way, you've gained a clearer view of your options.

If you engage us, a CPA on our team handles the file end-to-end. For lending modules that's package preparation, lender selection, and the back-and-forth with the bank's adjudication team. For accounting modules that's the bookkeeping cadence, period close, and the financial-statement deliverable. We don't make the lender's decision or the buyer's decision, but we make sure they're looking at a complete, well-structured file.

Working with professionals

Many of our files arrive through other CPAs, finance brokers, and lawyers whose clients need a structured engagement they can't run in-house. We engage those files on a flat-fee basis, scoped per matter; see the professional engagement page to start that conversation.
