Corporate name does not follow the "Personal Real Estate Corporation" convention
What the rule requires
No naming format is prescribed by law. Ontario practice is to end the name with "Personal Real Estate Corporation", which is how the corporation is recognised as a PREC on a trade record. "Professional Real Estate Corporation" is not a variant of it and is not a form of entity that exists in Ontario.
