Corporate name does not follow the "Personal Real Estate Corporation" convention
What the check looks for
No naming format is prescribed by law. Some PRECs end the name with "Personal Real Estate Corporation", which identifies the corporation as a PREC on its face. Nothing requires it. "Professional Real Estate Corporation" is not a variant of it and is not a form of entity that exists in Ontario.
