The articles permit more than one director

What the rule requires

The regulation requires a sole director. Fixing the authorised range at one director makes a second appointment impossible rather than merely unwise.

Authority: O. Reg. 536/20, s. 2 ¶3 (sole director)

What goes wrong

The articles authorise a range of 1 to 10 directors. Only one may have been appointed, but the constitution permits a second at any time, which would end PREC eligibility the moment it happened.

What good looks like

The articles fix the number of directors at exactly one.
